It’s Festival Month this October at Kitsho, the authentic Japanese Restaurant and Sake Bar. Managed by MCK Millennium Food led by Executive Chef Mizumoto Masahiro , the resto-bar is conveniently located at the ground floor of Hotel Jen Manila.

 

Kitsho is celebrating its first year or Paper Anniversary on October 27. There are 30 sumptuous dishes to enjoy during the weekend buffet aside from the equally delectable sushi, sashimi, sukiyaki, tempura and desserts on the smorgasbord spread.

 

As a thanksgiving to Kitsho patrons, Chef Hiro maintains the 5+1 promo, that is, for every five diners, you get to bring another guest for free. Those who avail of the ala carte menu gets to enjoy a 15 percent markdown from their total bill. Plus, those who dine on Kitsho’s anniversary date (October 27), will each receive special tokens—chopsticks or writing pencils.

 

With winter fast approaching in the western hemisphere, Chef Hiro will be including the king crab and puffer fish specials in Kitsho’s yearend menu.
